Jun Hao
Jun Hao is a Tibetan-born scholar, writer, and journalist now based in the United States. She completed her PhD at Boston University, where her academic work deepened her focus on Tibet, human rights, culture, politics, and Himalayan affairs. As Editor-in-Chief of Tibetan Frontline, she leads the publication’s editorial direction and its coverage of Tibetans in Tibet and across the diaspora. Her work brings Tibetan perspectives to international readers through independent reporting, analysis, and commentary — highlighting Tibetan voices, preserving cultural narratives, and opening informed discussion on Tibet’s changing social and political landscape.

Pema Tsering
Pema Tsering is an Australia-based writer and editor contributing to Tibetan Frontline, where she covers Tibet, human rights, culture, society, environmental issues, and developments affecting Tibetan communities. Her writing brings Tibetan perspectives and underreported stories to a wider international audience through clear, accessible journalism. With a strong interest in Himalayan affairs and the Tibetan diaspora, she connects local experience with regional and global change — supporting the publication’s mission to inform readers and amplify diverse Tibetan voices across borders.
Writer & Researcher
Karma Ngawang
Karma Ngawang is a Tibetan writer and researcher with a deep interest in Tibet, Himalayan affairs, culture, human rights, and regional developments. He studied at the University of Delhi, where his academic work strengthened his understanding of South Asian society, politics, and the Tibetan diaspora. At Tibetan Frontline he focuses on stories that connect Tibetan communities with wider regional and international issues — presenting Tibetan perspectives through accessible reporting, research, and analysis. He is particularly drawn to cultural identity, social change, environmental challenges, and the lives of Tibetans both inside Tibet and across the diaspora.
