The Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) hosted a meaningful cultural evening in Dharamshala on 24 April 2026 to honour members of the Lodrik Association, who had arrived to offer long-life prayers for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Held at TIPA’s auditorium, the programme brought together around 300 attendees, including association leaders, former military personnel, elderly community members and the public. Through traditional Tibetan songs and performances, TIPA expressed gratitude to those who have spent their lives serving the Tibetan people, religion and governance. The evening was not only a cultural showcase but also a heartfelt tribute to sacrifice, memory and Tibetan identity.
